Shop Builder terms

Who we are

Shop Builder is run by TikMarketing, a trading name of JAC Ecom Ltd (company number 15162857). Questions: hello@tikmarketing.co.uk.

What you buy

6 months of access to Shop Builder, the TikTok Shop Launch & Growth Programme, for one brand, for £1,995 VAT to confirm. Access starts when your payment is confirmed. It includes the shop audit, the modules, the tools, the 15-affiliate push and the weekly email, as they’re described on our site.

One brand, one TikTok Shop per subscription. The tools only work on your own shop’s products. A subscription is for one brand and the one TikTok Shop it links to us, selling that brand’s own products. We audit that shop and check your work on it, and we write the briefs and line up the affiliates for its products only. None of it can be used for another brand or another shop, or shared between brands. Another brand needs its own subscription.

What it isn’t

It isn’t done for you, and we don’t promise any result: sales, followers or anything else. You do the work in your shop; we show you how and check it.

Paying

By card or with Klarna, through Stripe. If you pay with Klarna, Klarna’s own terms apply to that payment. Your access starts once Klarna confirms it.

Renewing

Nothing renews by itself. From 30 days before your access ends you can renew for another 6 months at the same price; the new period starts when the current one ends. If you don’t renew, your access pauses and we keep your data.

Access to your shop

To audit your shop and report on it, we ask you to approve our TikTok Partner Center invitation and to add a Shop Builder address as a user in Seller Centre. We use that access only to deliver the programme. You can remove either at any time in TikTok.

Refunds and cancelling

Refund window to confirm If something isn’t right, email us and we’ll sort it out.

Your data

Your brand’s data is yours and is never shown to another brand. We keep it while you have access and for a period after, then delete it on request. Privacy notice to follow
